"As a busy in-home daycare owner sometimes it is hard to get everything figured out in one go. Jacob has been great in checking in, making sure everything we need for insurances and endorsements are correct. He also has eased my mind when I have questions about billing, payments, or making sure I understand a policy correctly. I also really appreciate the transparency he has about policies and endorsements. It has really helped us understand what expectations and requirements are for both us, and him. It has been a breath of fresh air knowing that we are taken care of, and can always email or call with questions. No amount of questions is too many, or "stupid" for that matter. "After hiking with my dog, I realized I had lost my car key. Because I was unable to utilize the app that the roadside assistance used, I called Jacob Bramel at State Farm. He was kind and compassionate. He told me to contact any roadside service and to submit the bill to him. Within a week, I had a check from State Farm for the full amount I paid the towing company! Thank you, Jacob!"

"Brian was great! We received our homeowners insurance bill (from another company) and decided we needed to shop around. Brian took our information and was able to give us the same coverage for much less and when we added our car insurance we saved even more. All told we are saving over $2000 on our coverages!
